The Delta Gruppo A is considered by many to be the greatest rally car of all time. The 4WD, Integrale 8V, Integrale 16V and HF variants earned Lancia six consecutive World Constructors' titles, from 1987 to 1992, and four Drivers' titles, two for Miki Biasion and two for Juha Kankkunen, for a total of 46 victories in world competitions.

Hence the idea of telling twenty stories of twenty top drivers who made the Delta famous, reliving here their "race of a lifetime" with the legendary four-wheel drive, which became a nightmare for those who did not have it.
